My son was scheduled for immediate surgery after another hospital did not treat a broken arm for 6 weeks. The hospital called at 3:20 the afternoon before and said since he had no insurance the surgery needed to be postponed until he could come up with $18,000. They were supposed to collect the anesthesia cash pay the next morning but did not- now we owe them as well. I had my son here on Friday night 10/27/17. The delivery was fine but the after care is miserable. I feel alone here because the nurses never check on me and when I call their desk they answer but after I tell them what I need they just hang up and they don't even come and help me out unless I call two times or more. When a nurse finally does show up they are usually rude or insensitive. Patti is the only decent nurse and so is Jenny.
