My fiancée had a terrible migraine, walked in at 1:25AM. Same questions over and over again. Finally, and after going to the desk three times when my fiancée started to cry a nurse walked in at 2:30AM. The MD came to follow up at 4:50AM saying everything looks good and it is 5:40AM right now, we asked them twice to leave and still they’d rather chat at the desk then showing any respect for our time. Do yourself and your family a favor and do not go to that “place”
The nurses, doctors, and techs here are so very nice. They provide amazing customer service.
I came in at 4:30 am 8/27 apx Firefighters and EMT did a great job , took me to emergency were they got me stable fast and got me in a room fast the Nurse were all great I mean exceptional kind and showed empathy which means a lot in that world. When you afraid you are comforted by the Staff I have been blessed 3 times in my life this place was one of them . this same Hospital blessed me the 1st time to Doctor Rudd stitched up 7 stab wounds on me when I was 13 yrs old in end of 78. ER misdiagnosis almost killed me 4th visit to ER and finally found an aorta dissection. Then rushed to Dallas for surgery.
They care about you good side manner they make sure you are not in pain
Great doctors, terrible pricing and will not negotiate. I was quoted $14,000 for a procedure, which seemed like a ridiculous amount for day surgery. Baylor was $5-7000 higher than all other area facilities. After receiving quotes from eight other area hospitals and day surgery centers, I called Baylor Irving to negotiate a lower rate. They refused to negotiate. I ended up going to another facility where my doctor had operating credentials and paid half of what Baylor Irving quoted. Shop around if you can.
