I had an appointment with Terilyn Scott-Winful, MD. Unfortunately, it was a very negative experience. She displayed very poor bedside manner and was very short in her responses and made me feel like my symptoms were not being taken seriously. I felt like she was agitated, and eager to leave the room, which in turn made me feel dismissed. I am currently on hold now for the 3rd time, and the woman who is on the phone, continues to put me on hold and say no one can schedule my appointment right now and to wait on the line. I am currently on the phone with the front office scheduler.. I can clearly make out audible conversations and even some staff discussing their weekend while I am just waiting on hold, to schedule a simple check up after I spent some time in ER. My followup visit today was terrific, as usual. Very thorough, professional staff. Received valuable input and direction that will continue to help me deal with issues of aging and chronic illness. Have seen Dr. Scott-Winful for many years and have been very happy with her care.

Very displeased with this office. Took 11 days to have a prescription filled and was an absolute nightmare dealing with the medical assistant. I left several messages both on the phone and on the portal and I was ignored and left in pain.
