Awesome. I love all the nurses. I started out at Scott and White Cedar Park C!inic. Okay experience there but Leander has been awesome. Dr Granato is my doctor and she fully understands and listens. I adore the nurses and my physical therapist is Neal Landry and he is so patient. I am a senior and they all works well with me. I am also hearing impaired and and wear hearing aids and they remember that and take care of my appts thru MyChart because I don't hear well!over phones. I really appreciate how kind and understanding the nurses and doctors are,every time I have an appointment they are so kind and spend more then enough time listening to me,I have nothing but good things to say about all of them,from the office here in leander to the one in round rock,over all I'm so happy,this are very hard times for me but I'm so glad I choose Scott & white.
Went to this clinic as it is one of the only ones accepted by my health plan. Although the nursing staff seemed nice, the Doctor Literally did not assist me in my pain whatsoever. He did not listen to my presenting issues. In the end i left the office in as much pain with no clear direction on what to do. The oath is to do no harm and when you are not listening to patients, not helping them by not paying attention, then you are doing harm. Waste of an afternoon, waste of money, waste of time. Now I have to wait another week ... read more
Dr. Scanlyn is awesome...she never disappoints, she is personal and knows exactly how to treat my issues each and every time. I wouldn't have any other Doctor nor would my family.�
I have had no negative issues with billing or staff. In fact, all the staff, nurses and my doc have been extremely professional and kind.
