Excellent care! The medical staff was outstanding! Explained my diagnosis and the surgery to correct the issue. Information discussed was also printed out for future reference. Excited for the surgery and recovery so my life can get back to normal.
I'm giving one star because I can't give 0 . This is the most horrible customer service I ever seen. I made 50 calls since March 2 to this office and they always denied me to book or make the endoscopy and colonoscopy to my daughter saying that my primary doctor is always missing something. They are not professional , they don't show any empathy, they told me that the doctor could not make the endoscopy or colonoscopy to my daughter and this is a back and forth since March 2 .we have been lied to since then until today so we... read more
