Dr Patel and his staff are wonderful. Scheduling is tight so if you get appt. you’d better make it. He listens and is very caring and knowledgeable. His recommendations are always spot on. His staff is exceptional.
Why I get shot in the head with a 357 and they did not remove the bullet! I got fragments protruding through my forehead. I've been up all night pulling shrapnel outta my head. Smh I guess my insurance didn't cover bullet removal
I was recently treated at Baylor Medical Center and had a good experience with the team who treated me. Unfortunately, I have to rate them with one star because I was unable to get the prescription that was called in for me for a very painful case of shingles. The ER doctor called it in to a pharmacy that did not have the medicine in stock. No problem - I'm sure this happens from time to time. Ur billing departement sucks u charge a person for services in ur paper less billing and he has no knowloge of it then send him to collection s and have him called and u never sent a itemisd statement in the mail Then finily he trys to pay a bill then gets told that he owes more than the statment u billed him . What kind of people are u . I will never use any doctor or anything with hillfrest baylor scott white baylor hospitaal ever again.
I went to my good doctor because I was sick. Everything was fine once I got through the check in rude… I Thing somebody’s got a attitude…. Watch out for the Bird lady.
BSW All Saints Fort Worth - got to ER with my sister who is on full dialysis had a fever and very high BP. We got here at 7:45 pm .it is now 10:26 pm. We are still waiting….. they did do blood work, chest X-ray and ekg but, still in the waiting room. SLOW as crap here.

We have a primary care physician at Baylor Scott and White Centennial hospital. Second time its happening that on becoming sick when I asked for a same day appointment they declined it. First scheduling person said latest available slot we have is Oct 18th which makes no sense as it was after 8 days .On escalation and taking to office manager she said they can do next morning appointment for me. A sick person had to talked to four people from their office before they offer me next day morning appointment. They don't care abo... read more
