Waited over an hour in the exam room, when Dr.Hollowell finally came in he spent approximately 2 minutes in the room and managed to be rude and insulting in that two minute encounter. Furthermore, when the record of the visit showed up in my portal, the information was incorrect. I don’t know what patient he was thinking of, but it wasn’t me.  It may be time for him to retire. I’m not going back.

Please, please disregard the previous review. It was meant for the Sun City clinic. I came here (Georgeotown Central) in January, waited 10 minutes and was seen by N.P. Philips, who nailed the diagnosis, was very kind and caring and gave me the right treatment. And they have bottled water, tea and coffee for the patients.

If you need an urgent care clinic, don't come here, because they will let other patients go ahead of you because they are "emergencies" and they have "their priorities". I was told today that I had a 45 minute to an hour wait, that they receive walk ins and don't give appointments, that there were 2 patients ahead of me. After the second patient went in, someone arrived and was called inside immediately (they even asked her if she had checked in and mentioned that they had not seen her in a while). An hour went by, and a cou... read more

Doctors do unnecessary surgery. Infect patients with nosocomial infections.  Then encourage you to just let the patient die. NP in ICU admitted that he is not a Christian as the hospital claims they are. Very cold atmosphere. It is all about the $$$. Judgement day will come.

This lady does not have the disposition to be a medical provider . If you have any kind of special needs , save yourself time and grief and choose another doctor . Her office will schedule your appointment and wait until you arrive to tell you you can’t be seen . And if that angers you , tough . If you dare get mad she’ll call security to try and intimidate you . I repeat this lady has no business being a doctor . It’s HER world and she’ll tell you how it works .

Worse hospital ever! Doctors do not listen nor take the time to properly evaluate patients. Nurses are overworked, overwhelmed advocating for patients because they know how bad most doctors on the floor are. My father is still in the hospital, we’re in a day 34 and doctors cannot figure out what’s wrong. There’s a huge disconnect from nurses to doctors, notes are not input into their system and what is there isn’t what was discussed.

Dr Patel and his staff are wonderful. Scheduling is tight so if you get appt. you’d better make it. He listens and is very caring and knowledgeable. His recommendations are always spot on. His staff is exceptional.
