Good hospital, horrible customer / patient service. Grossly overbilled and will not provide itemized detailed billing. Threatens collection agency all the time, even with a payment plan that is paid every month on time. Customer service is rude beyond belief. Take your business elsewhere

My mother has a long history of serious surgery procedures and never have I ever witnessed such comprehensive and holistic care. Every component of staffing possessed humility, compassion, humanity and palpable care for my mother. Well organized patient movement (after singing in), comfortable exam rooms, professional medical staff.
Making a spouse wait in the car for 5 hours during a surgery is absolutely asinine! There’s a difference between being cautious and just plain stupidity. We live over an hour away and all the staff could offer me was that I could go run some errands. Are you serious! You make us have someone to drive them but make us sit in the car. What about the right to advocate for the care of my husband. Can’t do that from the car. We realize we have a choice in our care and next time we WILL chose differently. Fantastic staff. Remarkable people who are sincerely focused on your health and recovery. Building and equipment are in mint condition and state of the art.
We drove over 40 miles to come here as it was supposed to be the best. The first thing I have to say is that this was 5 stars till we got on the 2nd floor I have no complaints with the medical staff and would give them all also 5 stars BUT there is NO family support. Let's start with the cafeteria hours that are listed that happen to leave out that it is closed on Sat. & Sun. How hard is it to list the hours correctly and completely on a website these days. The staff was very wonderful and very professional and caring as if you were there own family members. Dr. Tandy Freeman you are absolutely amazing. I recommend everyone to this hospital. I just want to THANK ALL STAFF for taking such wonderful care of my son.
