Lousy. Called for a sick appointment, was told because it has been just over 3 years (their own random policy), I'm a new patient and they can't see me today even though they can quote all my info. If you have my info, I'm not new. I'll never be back and neither will my wife. You don't take care of me, I don't take care of you. So much for that whole oath you took.
The staff have always been very nice and helpful. The doctors and nurses rock! They answer any questions I have about my Heath. Couldn't not ask for a better doctors office.
Love the dr, but the staff is not on a customer level, took me over a week to get FMLA paperwork sent to my employer, when I said I hope instill have a job, the office person said so do I..... AND they charge $25.00 to fill out paperwork. You would think as much as you pay them it would be included. I had to pay $45.00 for a 5 min appt for him to tell me I need surgery--REALLY!!!! That's why I was there in the first place!
Great doctors and staff. They care about you. Dr Ampleas is my doctor and I recommend him.
Doctor Murphy is the BEST doctor I have EVER had.
My experience with Dr. Moster and her team was extremely pleasant. I like organization, and they were very organized and professional. The only problem was, I wanted to sleep a little longer, get a massage and have a hot lunch (lol). All in all, it was a great experience.
Very poor customer service when outside of the clinic. I called to speak to the nurse about a medication issue, intentionally avoiding the voicemail and instead was sent to voicemail anyway by the receptionist. I left a message, and got a call back the next day... Not addressing my issue, just repeating what I already know. When I attempted to call to leave a message (after hours) to clear it up, I found that I have to call back AGAIN only this time during business hours (I WORK business hours)... only to leave another messa... read more
