Took my elderly neighbor to her doctor because her car was in the shop. Horrible, horrible front desk customer service. No eye contact, no smiles. They were too busy to help us, but they sure do have time to laugh and talk to each other. They were so loud that we could hear what they were talking about even with the tv on and a full waiting room. Unfortunately my neighbor followed her good doctor into a bad office.
Not a bad Dr's office if you don't mind sitting in waiting room 30-45 minutes and another 30-45 minutes when you finally get called back.
Courteous and professional staff. Dr. Ampelas is my primary Dr. and he is easy to speak to and listens. Highly recommend.
Dr.Kneten was my doctor for years! He is a caring doctor, if you don't understand some he will explain it to you. I left this practice that I moved to Georgia. Oh my daughter,soninlaw, my dad and grandkids see Dr.Kneten
Dr. Ampelas is my Dr. ,Too bad I don't get to see him every time I go there but P.A Susan and Cindy are great and I agree not all receptionist are at customer service level ,overall i like it! !
