Super helpful, caring and very efficient. We were in and out in less than 90 minutes including a CT scan. Hope you never have to go, but when you do I highly recommend.
Dr. Thornton, Carol and the other nurses took excellent care of my son and I. Their bedside manner was great and asked twice if we needed anything to make sure we were comfortable. Angela at the front desk was very helpful as well and we were in and out of there within the hour. Definitely recommend this location for emergency care in the future
Horrible, Horrible customer service, very rude! The eye rolling said it all. After hours of nothing and hearing the pizza order of the staff no one even came to discharge us. Then, they had the nerve to ask why we even came there?! Do not bring your family here!
I was very impressed with the staff - from the front desk to the escort back out the door - they treated my uncle like family. They listened... They didn't rush. The tech knew that he was not going to get the IV in on the first stick - he was kind enough to go get a pro before using my uncle for a pin cushion. My new ER destination of choice... :)
