I've had to visit this ER more times than I care to. However, if ya gotta go, I HIGHLY recommend this place! The staff is soooooo sweet! I could even see their sincerity in their eyes, which is such a comfort with this mask mandate. I've had so much trauma at the hands of modern medicine in the past. I'm just oe of those people whose had one healte after another, since childhood. But Bailor, NO Baylor, has ever traumatized me. And this location is no exception.

I visited the emergency department today and from the moment I walked in the door it was a bad experience. The person that is at the front checking people in is the rudest person I have encountered in a very long time she needs to find another job because this is not the right place for her. I saw her not only rude to me but route to another patient that walked in whom she told they couldn’t treat and sent him out the door and told him to look up the CDC to find a place that test for the COVID virus. I was there tonight and this facility is phenomenal. Don't bother reading any other posts except this one. I made an appointment online, was seen immediately, and could not have been treated better. If I have any need, whether it be a cold, cut, or anything requiring treatment or surgery, I won't go anywhere else. There are many urgent care facilities and hospitals in the Metroplex. Do yourself a favor and choose this one.

Son was brought in for a knee sprain. While the staff was helpful and attentive to the condition at the time, the bill arrives for $1,758! Did not feel a knee sprain with two Tylenols, an X-Ray, and leg brace justified $1,758 of fees, and that didn't even include the doctor's separate bill. Will not return!

Worst "hospital" EVER!!! RACIST AND JUDGMENTAL!!!! Litterally was told by the hindi Dr. "People of your type, really should just go to JPS for your care..." My husvand hurt his back at a day labor job, we're NOT weathy... DESPICABLE, WORST BAYLOR EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

I was seen for a knee injury. As all. As I hobbled into the ER entrance, the receptionist immediately got a wheelchair for me. Promptly, a nurse and tech were there to take me to a treatment room. They padded my knee with pillows, made sure I was comfy as I could be. The doc was in the room within 5 minutes. He was very kind and thorough. I was offered medications to make me more comfortable, which I declined, but they did offer to make my pain more tolerable. Sadly, third time one of our family members have been here over the past few years. They always get us back quickly and get the job done. It is our first to ER when needed.
