After 22 hours of surgery, 9 days in a coma, being in the ICU, and then a step-down unit, 26 days at Baylor All Saints, I have met incredible people. All my doctors, nurses, etc, I have had AMAZING care. I have established amazing friendships. And though, I may not remember everyone who has helped me, I thank you, too. Everyone who has talked to me, helped me, you have played an AMAZING role in my life. Once I’m fully healed, I will go back and visit. I love each and one of you -Ekaterina (Katie)

I saw the PA (wagilla) one time for 3 minutes. He didn’t even talk to me about what they were discharging me with. Annalease, RN, thought she needed gravity to get blood, which means she wasn’t in the vein properly. Heard her and another male nurse(tattoos) say they were blowing veins. Get educated staff & a doctor who cares about his patients.

My grandmother has been to this hospital a couple of times. The care has always been great. However in the emergency room department the front desk personnel last night was very rude to my family. They need to be more understanding and compassionate towards the family of patients because we're all just worried about my 84 year-old grandmother. We followed the rules of 2 at a time in the back but had to change out because we have a big family. They were inconvenienced by this and at 1 time we were told we could not. When we e... read more

My mom was hospitalized twice, within a week period. She was and is a very sick women and requires a lot of care so family members were always with her for the most part. Our first stay, she was in the A wing on the 7th floor, there was plenty of staff and they were amazing. My mom is currently again in the hospital in the B wing 4th floor, honestly it is like I am in a different hospital, I am basing this on the level of care given, which may be in direct correlation with the staffing level. Being in a unique position of my... read more

The team here took care of my mother, during the three-four weeks she was here. Great staff! The hospital even had a guest area for people who needed to stay overnight. Do they still have that?

I have been in this hospital for a week and they know nothing! It takes 20 minutes for someone to check on you after you press the assistance button. I have more to tell! I'm sure they would not have won with the 8th floor. please reach out to me if you would like more.

The staff couldn't have been better at keeping the family posted throughout the entire surgery process. Being kept in the loop kept the stress down. Having a one-on-one with the Doc afterward in a private room was greatly appreciated. Thank you BS&W, Andrew's Women's Hospital.
