This hospital is falling into extreme disrepair. There is mold everywhere- from Corridors, to patient rooms. Patient care is not on the radar of the staff as They are routinely behind on surgeries/procedures ranging in the 7+ HOUR range. We arrived at 5:30 and were told we would be taken back to the OR by 9, its 12:35 and we are still in a room. I will go out of my way to avoid coming to this facility. I will also warn my family and friends to do the same.

ER staff, Nurses, Techs, and many other talented staff at Baylor Scott & White All Saints for the great care I received while I was in the hospital these past few days. I will not recommend this hospital at all. Rude people specially the nurses. I understand you work a lot of hours but if you can’t function right or act right because you are tired then go home and rest. We’ve been waiting in the exam room for about 4 hours. So I went out of the room and asked this nurses and they look at me like I’m bothering them. I hate this place. 6/26/19 02:39 (still waiting)
Had a kidney transplant my son was the donor This is the most awesome hospital
from the emergency room where I was initially seen, to the inpatient room where I remained several weeks, there is no doubt that I received the best possible medical care from each and every treating staff person - life-saving care - and I am more than grateful for not only the care, but the professional manner in which it was administrated by the dedicated staff - thank you one and all - with special thanks to cardiology and pulmonary services - jcg
I will always use this hospital.
I have been a patient several times in this hospital. With exception of a few staff members attitudes over the years the staff and drs are doing there best to find what's medically necessary to get you back to getting home and feeling better in a short time period. But you as the patient must be pro-active in your care and speak up when you're not sure if you dont feel your care is to your comfort or things are not being explained or understood.
Overall Great experience! My Mom had foot surgery there .Staff was Great
