Awful. I have been dealing with the business office for 6 months regarding a charge that was misapplied to my son's account. The office appears to be disorganized and chaotic every time I have called. Additionally, we continue to get the run around from every staff member we speak to with no real resolution. I even filled out the form that they will link in their reply to this review with no resolve. The doctors are great, the back-end however, needs an overhaul.

staff is inattentive. my husbands hand is a botched job at best! staff swarmed us and watched us like criminals and treated us both as such for asking that his wound be cleaned because of construction debris. filed a complaint and they found from the employees us to be at fault. I have videos of all incidents and recordings of all calls. this hospital does not put patient care first and they are rude when you try to address anything with them. my husband was upset his hand was left with debris inside for 3 hours. now we have... read more
