I had just been discharged yesterday,the staff at the transplant clinic,ICU,8th floor,and the rest were great,best hospital stay under the circumstances.
This hospital is certainly better than JPS they take forever to see people when it comes to basic procedures I would never go to JPS Hospital I've been before but your hospitals fantastic it's clean modern and up-to-date staff for also helpful they do not stand around and talk if a person needs their help they pay attention they show you where things are at especially offices that are important including pharmacies
April 26th 2017 I had a heart cath I had a wonderful experience the unit was very nice on the nurses were very caring gave me my attention that I need it could have never asked for better care
The whole staff was amazing! Very professional and compassionate care was provided. There aren't any words to express our gratitude. The interdisciplinary team came together as ONE. God bless you all �
The wife waited almost 2 hours in the ER waiting room with major migraine pain that was causing her to not be able to keep anything down. She also has a neurological issue that the ER was made aware of. We sat there and watched person after person get called back into the ER, most of them clearly not in pain, and even a few joking around. We were told she would be the first to go back, but a nurse who didn't even see her changed that so she was bumped to the bottom of the list. The Scott and white hospital in Fort Worth is one of the best hospitals I've been in ,very relaxing and also they took very good care of my brother
