Tammy and Latoya were both very helpful when the order for my echocardiogram was entered in correctly by my doctor's office. They both worked with my doctor's office to get it corrected so I could still have the procedure completed. They both had a can-do attitude and assured me they would get to the bottom of it. They did not give up. They were both pleasant and professional.
I had a good experience here. I was helped immediately when I wasn't sure where to go. Everyone that helped me with my test, Alex and Chris were beyond nice and comforting. I am using this facility again if I have to come back!

The last 3 times I've come to check in for a procedure or test to be done they tell me that I need to go somewhere else to check in. Then when I go to said other check in spot at opposite end of building they tell me I have to go back to the first desk I went to. The organization here is terrible! I'll be sure to have my testing or procedures scheduled at Kent Campus from now on.
Had OP surgery on 11/4 for ankle fracture. The staff were welcoming, nurturing, attentive, communicative, and responsive. This was a professional and non judgemental experience. Highly recommending this place its staff, and the doctors. Nurse Robin and Courtnet were extremely helpful and professional.
