I came in on Wednesday. I had a COVID test done. I call today to ask a question and they have no record of my COVID test. This place stuck a swab up my nose and lost the test. Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to thank all the staff at the Bayhealth Smyrna ER on Friday 2/7/2020. From the front desk to the triage nurse, RN Scheltz, X-ray tech and Dr. Carmack. I’m sorry I don’t remember everyones names. Your compassion, smiles under your mask and friendliness was so helpful for my daughter to endure her treatment. Not only did she have the flu but strep on top and ruled out pneumonia to be safe. Dr.Carmack was very thorough. Bayhealth has an excellent professional caring staff in Smyrna.

Taking back one patient every 2+ hours. First time here (with my son) not impressed at all! we had 1 person ahead of us at first now the waiting rooms full and no one has gone back in hours.
