Never been there but there’s a post on Facebook that Bayfront didn’t help one of there customer out when the were robbed outside and came back inside for help but management said it’s your problem and not ours.

Rude staff, poor customer service and it's not their problem if you're robbed outside of their business and will not only not let you use their phone to call police in that event but, they'll slam the door in your face.
i will never go again after management closed he door in the face of a customer that was robbed at gunpoint and told them it was their problem. uncaring about humans as far as I'm concerned. im hunting a new family get together spot.

Shame on them, to not help a patron who was just robbed at gunpoint as he left the restaurant. I will never go there!

Was going to be scheduling a dinner for my boyfriends birthday coming up, but seeing as how Bayfront treats their customers after they’ve been robbed has made us VERY wary of ever coming again. We’ll be making dinner reservations at a different establishment!!
