Be aware! If you don't have covid symptoms - stay away from this place as it's filled with both covid sick and not sick people in one small cramped space (one door/in-out). There is a high risk to get covid just by visiting this place. I rarely write bad reviews unless I believe I can help others to avoid bad experience. I felt obligated to tell people so they are aware. I took my husband who was sick with covid for over a week. I called to this place before my trip and clearly stated that my husband has covid, very sick, very weak, high fever, all shivering, has very strong nausea, and he needs to be seeing by doctor and get prescription medication. I stated that he cannot wait due to his condition. They said they are busy but assured me that he will be seeing as soon as possible. When I checked him in, we were told that he should take a seat and wait for 3 hours!! The room was packed with walk-ins who already were waiting for a very long time - both no-symptomatic and very sick people who were coughing. My husband almost fainted and went to wait in a car. I tried to convince receptionist (who was very cold and not symptomatic) that prior the visit I call and I was promised that he will be seeing soon as possible. She charged us for services upfront and said they will look into seeing him sooner. We waited for over an hour until my husband so shivering and almost passed out, so I had to go back and beg them to see him sooner. I told them that we'd like to leave now to emergency care but they said they won't refund what we paid (before seeing us)!! Unreliable! After another 20-30 min they finally put him in a room where we spent another about 30 min. By the time when we were done and went to get a prescription from pharmacy it was closed (at 5 pm on Sunday). We end-up not having prescription on that day after all. Overall experience with communication with reception desk and very long waiting period was unacceptable. MANAGEMENT READ: Whey do you keep very sick people with covid in the same room where people come to test (no symptoms) - don't you worry that they will get sick from those like my husband? Why do you put chairs facing each other, so very sick people can cough on not sick people? Why do you make very sick people who have covid wait for so long and charge they upfront so they passing out waiting or coughing on others? Why don't you train your reception desk staff to be professional and compassionate? Why do you charge people upfront and make people wait for hours? PEOPE: If you have covid symptoms, find a better and caring/professional place to be seeing. If you don't have symptoms, stay away from this hell, they will charge you upfront $100 for rapid covid test and make you to wait for 3 hours in the room with covid sick people. You can do booking test online at pharmacy's website and do the drive-thru or you can buy a home covid kit - very reliable, $25 only for two - save you a lot of money, time and no risk to get sick from covid sick people.

A sea of calm in a world of chaos. I went in for knee pain totally unrelated to the current viral pandemic. I was screened and checked in in the parking lot, then waited in the car for them to call me in. Everything was quiet and orderly and utterly normal! The care was prompt and efficient.

Great experience with my son today. Very friendly staff, we were seen right away, doctor took his time and explained everything well, nurse made my son feel comfortable and relaxed.
