Very professional staff. While they could not help me, they referred me to the hospital ER for treatment.
Don't waist your time coming here. You'll wait almost 3 hours. Even if you do the online check in the save your spot in line. Then the Dr will see for not even a minute and tell you that you some type of virus and everything is fine. Not even run any test to see if its covid or some type of flu. Even though you tell him you've have had a persistent cough and congestion for a month now. And im to believe its all fine. Okay doc thanks for dismissing me and being a total waist of time.
Brought my 4yo in due to asthmatic episode. Completed check in and stated reason for visit was for asthma/shortness of breath. Waited 2 hours in the lobby at which point I thought it a better use of our time to go home and do another nebulizer treatment there. Thank goodness it was as severe as prior instances but Very disappointing.
They were outstanding
One hour and 30 minutes was too long of a wait
