I made an appointment online and when I showed up the front desk greated me and assisted me right away. All the nurses and staff were quick efficient and listened to my issues. I was able to get in and out (thoroughly examined, not just hi and bye lol). Since I am a veteran they were able to handle my insurance and prescriptions with ease. That was the easiest I've ever had with going to a non-va facility and getting prescriptions picked up at a VA facility.
