I been doing all my labs and ultrasound plus on October 18 going to do MRI and from the front reception to all nurses they been great all the time earlier morning or late appointments
Baycare decided to move their breast imaging services from outpatient to the hospital. Because of this, I now had to pay $400 in hospital fees for my ultrasound versus $0 at the outpatient facility. This was an awful choice for baycare. I will be looking into other options going forward. The outpatient facility was 5 stars each time... why change something that worked? Because you wanted to charge more?
It was a very pleasant experience from the check in to the X-ray tech Elena and Maggie. Very kind and compassionate. We need more people like Elena in the medical field.
I returned the day after a scheduled appointment with a question. Ari was at the front desk and greeted me with a beautiful smile and "Good morning!" She remembered me from the day prior and questioned if there was an issue. I informed her the prior appointment with Dr. Ayo-Amu was great. Ari then proceeded to assist me with my question. The entire staff is amazing and personable.
