Great experience from check in to check out. Friendly and helpful staff, Dr. Singleton is ok his time with me and listened to what I had to say.
Dr. Vu‘s office is very efficient, overall on time with appointments. She is very personable as well as professional and listens to my concerns. She is a great collaborator of my care.
I am going to choose a new provider. Longtime patient. Been through a few doctors always accepting the new doctor when one leaves. No follow-up when my last appointment was canceled a couple years ago by most recent doctor who was “out of the office”. That Dr left the group or location and nothing was communicated again. Angela Vu is the best primary care physician I’ve ever had. I highly recommend giving her a shot. She’s so compassionate and knowledgeable on new medicine. She is willing to prescribe but doesn’t push it, and she promotes holistic ways to help naturally. I’m not sure why there are such bad reviews but it can’t be because of her
I've had nothing but positive experiences here at Baycare Primary Care. Dr. Von Harten is great and responds to requests quickly. He listens and takes the time to know his patients. Almost everything is under one roof, from bloodwork to mammograms. I moved here from DC so I know a tedious medical system when I see one. This system is very efficient.
