Everything went well.
Got a text to confirm my appointment and did so. The text said to come in 15 min early etc. I came in for my appointment today and was told by the front desk that my appointment was canceled by me. I showed them the confirmation text & told the woman that I never canceled nothing. The woman at the front desk tried to ask if I wanted to come in on a Wednesday instead of asking me what day I could reschedule for. I wanted to give a shout out to Dr. Nguyen and the staff over here at Bay care Medical Group. Everyone is so helpful and kind. Especially Dr. Nguyen. I have been on a health journey for about 2 years now and Dr. Nguyen has given me every bit of information, research and tools I needed to be successful. I could not ever done it without him. The care is fine, but communication is not. I’ve waited three weeks and multiple calls for one medication. Patients deserve timely follow-up.
I love my primary care doctor but trying to get a prescription refilled is nearly impossible. No direct number to speak with anyone about it either.
