I have had excellent service here. The doctors are very caring and thorough, takes time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a primary care physician
From my first appointment, I knew I was in excellent hands with Dr. Bhalani. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and always follow up promptly. On my last visit, I had the pleasure of being assisted by M.A. Jass, and she was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient.
I booked an appt weeks in advance as a new patient. I have very limited free time and booked myself a day off for this appt. I drove 20 minutes and arrived 15 min early just to be told my provider has called off and they needed to reschedule me. They asked if anyone has tried to call me recently and No call was ever made prior to today to reschedule other than to confirm. 10/10 experience from start to finish! The reception staff are always friendly and efficient, making check-in seamless. They got me in as a new patient within 2 days of my initial call. The medical assistant, Jasmean is always so kind and attentive, ensuring all my concerns were noted. Dr. Bhalani is exceptional—thorough, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She really takes the time to listen, explain, and provide great care. I’ve never felt rushed or neglected. Highly recommend this office!
I experienced the MOST RUDE phone customer service from these phone answering medical assistants. They waisted a whole year going to school to learn nothing. They need a class on professionalism and customer service. The only thing that keeps me going here is the fact my doctor makes up for them with her sweetness and kindness.
