Im rating this solely on Dylan zini. hes good enough for me to give it 2 stars. but the scheduling is BAD. no one answers your calls here.

This office is an embarrassment to patient care. The front desk staff are not just unprofessional they are actively obstructive. They act as gatekeepers, blocking patients from the very doctors we are supposed to trust with our health. Their incompetence and carelessness make it nearly impossible to receive basic medical support. I have been put on endless holds, sent incorrect lab results, ignored over email, and even spoken to with open disrespect. I really like Dr. Stuart and have been a patient for five years. She’s kind, thorough, and I trust her care. But the way this practice is run is absolutely ridiculous. I called in March to schedule a routine physical, and the first available appointment was mid-July. As frustrating as that was, I took it and waited months. Then, less than three weeks before the appointment, I get a call saying she has to leave early that day and the next available physical with her isn’t until November. I must say I love Dr Stuart. I do take issue with Baycare.. they won't collect my copay at the time of service, they don't send me a bill but will send me to collections. If they are running behind for the day, you just have to wait if your running late. They want to reschedule you. I had 2:30 appt got there 2:50 and told your a half hour late. I don't get that math..
