I’ve been going here for 7 yrs. And the service has never been this bad. I had a swelling in one leg and they would not allow a doctor visit. They told me to go to the ER. What good is having a family doctor if they want to send me to ER?
They serve you quickly and the staff is very friendly.
This is the worst Dr office I have ever been in. The staff is unfriendly, one time a staff member was mean to my Mom who is 90 years old. My Mom said to her "are you having a bad day", this went right over the staff members head, she had no idea what my Mom was talking about!! I had an issues with who ordered blood work for a shoulder replacement. This office put the blame on my orthopedic Dr which is not true. They have not been telling the truth since November of 23. I made an appointment almost 4 months ago at this location . I asked the receptionist for an address and wrote it down in my files. I went to this address. It turned out to be the wrong place. The very very amazing nice receptionist at that doctors office called baycare and let them know I was five minutes away. They told her that I still had my appointment and to come on over. When I arrived in the parking lot, I received a call from bay care Telling me that my appointment had been canceled, and that the next available appo... read more
