I’m blown away again with Dr. sailors. It’s been four years since I’ve been to the office and I needed a physical. He is a no BS kind of doctor that does what he needs to do but works with the patient as well. He was able to do my initial Screening again since it’s been past three years and my physical and 20 minutes. There was no lack of care and he was very thorough. The staff here is polite and helpful. Derricka is definitely a blessing in helping make sure my medications go through proper approval and getting her patients what they need
i am being fraudently charged for my wellness visit and labs ordered for my wellness visit and when i tried to reach out to the site manager(Rosemarie Fallon) she told me that i was charged for complaining about a headache which i did not. This office is billing fraudulent claims. Dr. B listens and answers all or any of your health concerns so never leave his office uniformed and on the right plan for you. Staff always cheerful from check-in to check out. Both me and my wife would highly recommend his office. Waiting time has never been an issue.
Waited nearly an hour after my appointment time. Even showed up an hour early with no expectation of being seen before my appointment. After almost an hour after my scheduled appointment I finally walked out. They closed ten minutes later. I was one of the few cars left in the lot. I’m very kind and patient but this was unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. My hopes for doctors at this practice have severely decreased. As people who work to help others, these doctors failed in their trade.
