I received a call today (Thursday) for an appointment tomorrow. The person on the phone said the doctor won't be in the office and to call to reschedule when I can. I asked her if I could reschedule now. She hung up. Rude. I don't understand why they didn't know the doctor wouldn't be in on this date when booking my appointment weeks ago.
