I received a call from this place at 6:29 am. What the hell is wrong with them???? This is ridiculous. This is inexcusable and possibly illegal. I called them back and they denied they ever called me and need to put in a “ticket” to find out more information. I am not a patient of this place and the representative confirmed that when they checked my name and phone number. Update: it has been a week. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I scheduled a telehealth appointment for today and was left waiting on Zoom well past the start time—only to get a third call from the office informing me the appointment was canceled because I haven’t been seen in-office since 2023. If that’s truly their policy, why was I allowed to schedule the appointment in the first place? After coming from Dr Shah and 0 treatment, bp meds not filled because did not switch insurors did not expect to be still! In crisis mode. Before murmur and heart thickening had been seen by Dr Moss and Bahc across from Anchor med, now closed. 3 Mds later at Primary care and just admitted again. One cannot live with thickening, bp thru roof and all limbs without blood flow that is adequate. Impossible to get thru, referrals, attention, genuine concern. No, its not anxiety, weight, diet.
