I received a call from this place at 6:29 am. What the hell is wrong with them???? This is ridiculous. This is inexcusable and possibly illegal. I called them back and they denied they ever called me and need to put in a “ticket” to find out more information. I am not a patient of this place and the representative confirmed that when they checked my name and phone number. Update: it has been a week. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I scheduled a telehealth appointment for today and was left waiting on Zoom well past the start time—only to get a third call from the office informing me the appointment was canceled because I haven’t been seen in-office since 2023. If that’s truly their policy, why was I allowed to schedule the appointment in the first place?
