I was told from the receptionist that I didn’t need an appointment, when I was asking for a new patient appointment, because apparently she is qualified to tell me that, right?? Also she was saying she “looked into my chart” so I don’t need one, what chart is she referring to? I told her that I never signed a release, and while I’m saying that, she said, “well I just told you I have your chart in front of me” in the most nasty, sarcastic tone! I had a great experience here! I was really nervous switching dentist but Dr. Nam was extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable. He fixed issues that prior dentist failed to accomplish and gave great insight on proper habits. Looking forward to continuing to work with this office and the rest of the team. Best dentist I’ve ever been to hands down!
Dr. Nam has great customer service and personable. He's open minded and gives great advice on how to improve your habits. I'm really satisfied with how he's taken care of my teeth and definitely recommend him!
Dr Nam is awesome ! made me feel at ease and didn't put me down about the fact of how bad my mouth is !!! No pain with the extractions ! just a great guy !!
Very good dentist and I hated dentist prior went here and dr naim was good fixed my fillings and then gave me pain med so I would be completely out of pain sooner def recommend him
great customer service, clean, friendly and Dr. nam does a great job on my teeth 💯 🙂
