It was my daughter's first trip to the dentist, and although she wasn't as cooperative as I had hoped, Dr. Brian and the staff at UPD were wonderful. It takes a special kind of person (with a lot of patience) to do what they do. They are amazing.
The visit was very good. I had a much better experience here than i did at small smiles.
The best trip I could have hoped for. Right away, they knew my child's name, and made us feel right at home. The office is wonderful and the staff is outstanding. This was my daughter's first visit, at 2 years old, and more than I thought was possible!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you..

Upstate Pediatrics is awesome!!! As a mother of a very "Strong Willed Child" I knew I needed a dentist with excellent skill and knowledge for children. He was great and so was JoAnne. Of course the morning of our first visit we had a power struggle and we were running about 10 minutes late. Dr Jones office staff called to make sure we were alright, from that moment I knew they were going to be our new extended family! we really like Dr Brian and we are all excited to be paitents there!!!
Dr. Brian and his staff were great with our 3.5 yr old son. They made him very comfortable and treated him like he was their one and only patient on the planet. Very patient team! He didn't want to leave once the appointment was over!
Everyone was very nice and made my 8 year old son feel very comfortable.
Dentist is professional and personable and most of all he is interactive and honest with us explained procedure in detail kept us at ease.
