we always have a good time with Dr Brian and his staff so much that my kids want to come even when they dont need too!!!
Very satisfied with our dental visit today.
Wilson's first visit to the dentist was great. Everyone in your office did a wonderful job of making him feel comfortable. As parents, we were thrilled to see Dr. Brian play with Wilson and take the time to explain what he was going to do before the examination/cleaning. We look forward to referring all of Wilson's little friends to your office! And speaking on Wilson's behalf, he loves the ball and proudly showed his Elmo sticker to everyone.
Excellent customer service. Includes parents in child's check-up. Relates well to children of various ages.
The office and staff were very professional and treated us with kindness and respect. We don't have any complaints about our visit.

Dr Jones and his staff are the best. We came to Dr Jones after an emotional and difficult experience at another area dentist office. Dr Jones was able to complete several treatment needs in one visit. This is after a very expensive sedation appointment at another dentist office in which was unsuccessful in getting any treatment done. Dr Jones has a great approach to pediatric dentistry and both of my children are very comfortable receiving dental care at upstate pediatric dentistry.
