Dr. Brian and his team are always friendly, caring, and attentive. My children are always at ease in the office, and there is no fear of a visit to the dentist at this office! I like that we don't have long waits to be seen, and Dr. Brian takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I have.
I highly recommend Upstate Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Brian Jones and his staff go above and beyond to make the kids feel comfortable and welcome. The office has a fun atmosphere and each exam room has a different theme painted on the walls. My 3 year old just had his second appointment there, and he did great! They make taking care of your teeth fun.
We love your practice. EVERYONE there is so helpful and great with our kids. That have done so well with your group. Thank you so much!!! My kids now love coming to the dentist.
Staff was great! Just what we needed after my fiver year old had a traumatic experience getting his teeth cleaned at my dentist office. I am not sure there is a better place than this for kids!
And explained everything. They even sent an email with the xray! I love how accessible they are as well as how kid friendly they are. He staff was very helpful and Dr. Brian is awesome! Would recommend to anyone

Seriously, It's hard to find anything negative about our visit to Dr. Brian's office, AND IT'S THE DENTIST!!!! From the front desk to the hygenists, to Dr. Brian...... everyone is really great! And may I add, very PATIENT with my daughter who does not enjoy any discomfort or pain!! I am so grateful to have this practice in town! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!
The staff are very nice and professional. They all do an excellent.Job with making their patients comfortable..
They were perfect with my 3 y.o. daughter. Not pushy at all very patient with her. All around great service from the time we walked in to the time we walked out. Definitely will be my child's permanent Dentist. But not only are they polite and great with kids they know what there doing and whats best for each kid. I would recommend them to anyone with kids! :)
