poor customer service. take care of your guests. stay away from this place at all costs very racist and crappie food.
Calling the police on a customer who called and paid for a delivery is not the proper way to handle business. Having an attitude when the customer simply wants a refund is a horrible practice. Customers don’t deserve that type of treatment. I will be spreading the word about this place and warning people of the unfair treatment you all have displayed.
Received Ill-mannered, unprofessional and condescending service all while trying to fix an order THEY messed up. Called the cops on a guest BEFORE he even arrived. Great way to utilize emergency services! How dare a “family” establishment feel entitled to call a guest pathetic, due to him trying to receive a refund, which they have YET to establish! I’ll take my business to Luciano Express Pizzeria across the street!
The food is almost as bad as the attitudes and customer service of the employees. The owners are racist and don’t care about the safety of their customers.
Bay 34th St. Pizzeria has gone the way of many businesses unfortunately with abhorrent displays of unprofessionalism when a customer asks for a refund for food that was not received. You should be out of business for what you did. You didn’t give that man a pizza and when he wanted his money back you refuse and call the cops?! Learn to run a business properly. Sad that even the cops knows you do this and it’s frustrating!
Rude behavior, in addition to unnecessarily calling police on a customer who never received the food they paid for, is horrible service and I definitely let everyone know not to spend their time or money with your business.
