Today was our first visit to the office. Loved the environment staff treated us like if we where patients of Years. Oralia helped my son choose the frames that would fit him best . Thank you all Bay vision staff. We will be back for optical needs.

When you’re having an exam or buying glasses you get good service. I went in with a problem with my frames. The girl said she had to ask her manager who was out until Monday. She said she would call me back on Monday after speaking with her manager. A month has now passed and I’m STILL waiting for that return call.

I have gone to Bay Vision for a very long time. I had to leave for awhile due to Insurance but I am back now. I feel so blessed to have them care for my eyes. They are very thorough and all the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend them! �
