Really nice people ppl le and they answered all my question that I had.
Unfortunately, I didn’t have a pleasant experience at this location. The A/C in the building was broken and it felt like a sauna as patients were being rotated like cattle between rooms. The staff is extremely pleasant and friendly, but it appears to be a PROFIT verses patient care. Quantity vs Quality. I would not recommend.
Everything went well until I asked the aide to please make sure she sent my prescriptions to my mail order pharmacy instead of the local CVS. Immediately she typed in info and left the room. In about one minute or less I received a text from my local CVS that they had received my prescriptions and I could pick them up on a certain date. Staff was very friendly. Brought my medical records from previous cataract surgery along with doctors note regarding reaction to eye drops. The doctor note was lost misplaced but I had screenshots on my phone. Was a little warm, stuffy in the office but I understand maintenance issues.
They seem to overbook appointments. Waited almost 40 min past my appointment time. Once in, the girl who ran all the test was very quick. Then placed me in a room where I waited another 30 min for the doctor.
