The waiting room is too small, it's always packed, too many people. The rest is fine.
The wait is just too long. I shouldn't have to spend almost 2 hours waiting. They need to schedule fewer appointments. My time is just as valuable as the doctors time.
I came in after being seen and told I may have interchange hypertension. I have had all the symptoms and feel awful. She did thorough testing and thought it wasn't anything. However, she still respected my choice in wanting an mri. She didn't just brush me off and I appreciated that after dealing with a lot of doctors recently.
Dr. Mayo was very knowledgeable and nice. Staff was also very nice. I didn’t have to wait in the waiting room very long, which is a plus for me. The only concern I have is when the doctor comes in the room to check my eyes, after cataract surgery (postoperative). I’ve seen a different doctor each time , and they are very rushed. They probably spend five minutes in the room with me each time. I’m having to go back again because the problem in my eye wasn’t fixed.
