RecommendedToday was my first pandemic visit since we have a new puppy (we came until a few years ago before our dog passed away). I was incredibly impressed with the COVID process in place to make sure I received the same attention and care while making sure staff and pet families are kept safe. Bailey had a wonderful first visit today!!
I do not recommend Bay Valley Animal Hospital. They will not give me my dogs medication without seeing him. It is 4 days after Christmas and I explained I cannot afford both right now. With the pandemic going on and the holidays seems they would be a little more empathetic. Time to find a new veterinarian.
First time taking my cat here that I brought in as a stray. Highly recommend bringing your pets here. They did tests on her to ensure the safety of my cat and my cat at home. They explained every procedure very well beforehand, showed me the estimated prices before doing anything, and answered all of my questions. Thank you so much for helping Lola become a healthy house cat 💕

I VERY VERY highly recommend Bay Valley! My dog was super sick to the point I thought I may have to have her put down! Came home with a cancer diagnosis. But hopefully it's treatable. The staff is so beyond caring and compassionate! Vet was very caring and optimistic about my dogs diagnosis! Wish I could give 100 stars! Love love love them!
They done wonderful care on my cats.. They made my and my grandmas cat Shadow comfortable we had put her down they were very supportive let me come in say goodbye after she passed..
I have been with Bay Valley Animal Hospital for years. I have always been very happy with the Doctor. Happy Dr.Engelheart has now add his Son and Daughter-in - law. They both are happy up beat great with my kitty. Easy to talk with and great at explaining procedure's. I highly recommend Bay Valley ❤
