Outstanding clinical care. The doctors and staff are sooo amazingly kind, caring, compassionate!!! They give above and beyond 100% to make sure our fur babies are cared for in the best possible way!!! Many human healthcare providers could take a lesson in kindness and compassion from them!

Dr. Phil Englehardt is VERY good. I twice took my cat, Louie, to a different vet without results. So I took him to Bay Valley Animal Hospital for a second opinion. What a difference! Turns out the first place misdiagnosed Louie's problem that Dr. Englehardt properly found to be the REAL problem. His handling of the situation was impressive. Much more extensive than the other vet. I highly recommend this vet to everyone. Very satisfied ... and impressed!
Been going here for 15 years always had good service.
I will never go back there. They over charged me 45$ any other time I brought my animals there for anything they never charged me $45 for a office visit. That's double the price then the other vet I was going to. When I first started going to this vet. They told me if I come in and have something done to my dog there would be no office charge. Now all the sudden they charge me $45. Not happy at all. Total rip off!!!!
