Malo desde el inicio hasta el final. Para realizar la cita me dejaron en espera y luego colgaron. Según la recepcionista no les había llegado los resultados de los exámenes, cuando ya en días anteriores a la cita lo habían confirmado. Llegamos a las 9:30 am y eran las 12:15 no aún no sabíamos nada del Dr. Lamentablemente No los puedo recomendar.
Unfortunately, this was not the first or even the second time I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Juan Velasquez and had to wait over an hour to be seen. I find it disrespectful to patients who rearrange their schedules, set aside important commitments, and still don’t receive care at the agreed-upon time. It’s frustrating and needs to be addressed.
Dr. Tillman is a very good surgeon with excellent interpersonal skills, very compassionate, and is undisputedly one of the best.
Iam very happy and greatful for the results of my operation with Dr Mara Tillman ! Thank You !!!
