I took my 2019 Honda CRV to Bay Ridge for service as I usually do. This is the only service company that has ever service my car since i bought it from them. In servicing my car they changed the filter among other things. After taking home my car, I realized the ** was not working - which i found strange as this is a new car with ****** plus miles on it. I was at bayridge honda for an oil change on October 9th 2021. It was maybe a little after 9 I was line up with the other cars to get in the garage so I pull more over to the side close to a Honda family Van so I do not block traffic. Since covid horrible horrible experience in this location... now instead of taking care of your car they do joy rides and chill all day. Absolute nuisance and waste of people time... After sitting here for 2 hours finally asked questions about my car and it haven't gotten any work completed. There response was they didn't know what to do with the vehicle and instead of picking up the phone and calling me. They rode the care around..... then call me while im asking question horrible service beyond horrible
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. My family and I had an absolutely terrible experience here. They tried to sell me a car without the title!! They even ran my credit, causing my credit score to drop 10 points from the inquiry, before coming out to tell me they didn't have the title which is necessary to sell someone a car. 26 June 2020 - By far, the worst and most stressful dealership experience I have ever had at a dealership. The failure of Bay Ridge employers to abide by CDC and New York State COVID guidelines was callous beyond compare. The unwillingness to make the small effort necessary to make customers feel as safe as possible is, in terms of customer relations, was incredibly stupid. Claimed they ran a diagnostic on my car after it leaked a lot of transmission fluid and stopped working, Bay Ridge Honda took my certified 2015 CRV and told me 3 days later they replaced transmission fluid and the seal, fixed the sensor and replaced the gasket.. They said there was no damage to the transmission. I drove the car home and the very next day the car had to go to Curry when the engine light came on, the car needed a NEW TRANSMISSION!!!! Tells us we have to pay a diagnostic fee for a car that's covered under warranty. AC stopped working on a 2017 civic lx manual and the dealer refuses to honor the warranty by telling us that we have to book AC problems via the phone and that i'd have to pay so much fees up to $500 for no reason even if it's found to be our fault. other buyers are having the same issue. ****** "10th gen civic ac not working" , these forums indicate that Honda is well aware of the issue and refuses to issue a recall or fix it under the warrant... read more
