We purchased a Honda Care warranty- 5 years 2020 *** purchased at BR Honda . Yesterday we took our vehicle in for an Oil Change which went fine ? I guess? they said synthetic was used , I hope so! Bone of contention , they have cameras when you pull in _ they picked off our tires as being unevenly worn - I was quoted $ ****** per tire, I asked ***** to write it up to give it some thought- turns out it was quoted at $1500.+ for tires, and guess what the **** sensors went off today , What A coincidence !!?? Terrible Experience Avoid This Dealership I had the worst experience ever at this dealership. After putting down a deposit and being led to believe everything was finalized, the dealership suddenly canceled the deal. They even went as far as giving me the car keys, only to call the police on me to get the keys back. This was incredibly humiliating and unprofessional. Becareful with this place they will lie and say your car is out of warranty to get more money out of you and try not to fix anything place is a joke . Never bring your car here . I brought my ************** for noise when accelerating, and they told me some nonsense that it was my fuel injectors and rocks under my panel which is a lie . Brought it to different mechanic told me it was transmission and that its on the warranty . They dont want to honor anything under warranty there they just scamming people
It started the beginning of October 2023 when my one week old Honda CRV was totaled. I submitted a request to cancel two warranties 1) Honda Care extended warranty and 2) Signature warranty by ************************** for ancillary items. I was told by the Finance Manager **** that it will take 2-4 weeks. Honda refunded the money promptly. The other one has been a saga containing avoidance, empty promises and lies. About 8 months ago I visited bayridge honda for service when all the warning lights illuminated on my 2017 Honda CRV. They didnt tell me it was a known issue with my car misfiring. I paid for it. Within 2 weeks the issue happened again and went away. They said if it comes back. Bring it back. A few more months goes by and it illuminated and my car shut off on the highway while driving. We power cycled it and it started working again. The next week the lights illuminated and car would not drive faster than 10 miles and hour. ... read more
0 stars. Every time I come to get my car service. Its a problem and a headache. They lose, damage and break things and dont own up to it and the customer ends up paying for it. They also try to charge you for stuff when you have coverage. If I wasnt someone who pays attention believe me I would of been paying money all the time. I totally in disgust and cant wait for my warranty to be up to get away from this place. Dont buy your car from here. Beware!
They take advantage of people being gullible, don't commit to a price even if you did all the paper work and left a deposit time line on car arrivals get delayed all the time sometimes even up to 2 months and their car mark up is higher than other dealers
