My entire family has been getting our cars from Bay Ridge Honda for 3 generations. My Grandfather, my parents, and I get our cars there. And we get service there too. We love them! Never a problem with anything at all. They treat you like you are part of their family. Great place, great people.

We purchased a Honda Care warranty- 5 years 2020 *** purchased at BR Honda . Yesterday we took our vehicle in for an Oil Change which went fine ? I guess? they said synthetic was used , I hope so! Bone of contention , they have cameras when you pull in _ they picked off our tires as being unevenly worn - I was quoted $ ****** per tire, I asked ***** to write it up to give it some thought- turns out it was quoted at $1500.+ for tires, and guess what the **** sensors went off today , What A coincidence !!??
