Great place – I am fairly new to Bay Psychiatric. I began my experience by seeing a psychiatrist for medication management. I always feel like my psychiatrist really listens to me and I leave feeling like I got more than just medication management. But, it was suggested to me that I also start seeing a therapist. Why won't you answer the phone???/ – My doctor Patrice Van Duine cancelled refills twice cause me to run out with not explanation for over 3 days. Front office rarely answers the phone. I'm finding a new doctor.
scam? – I have called several times and never been able to do anything but leave a message. When I finally received a call back they were able to offer me an appointment but asked for my credit card number to hold it! This place is highly unprofessional and has terrible customer service at best and a scam at worst.
Easy to get to but – HELLO? will someone answer the phone? If they can't afford to answer the phone well?????
I'd love to evaluate you but no one will answer my phonecall – I called the Bay Psychiatric Center and dialed "0" for reception and got the receptionists mailbox. Really? The receptionist's mailbox? OK. I left a message and did not receive a call back. I called again and got the receptionist's mailbox again. Still no call back. These calls were all within their normal business hours. What gives?
