I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with Bay Properties Cohen Ventures Co. regarding Suite 104 at 9712 Belair Road in Nottingham, MD. After placing a $1,465 deposit on April 28, 2025, I was told the unit would be held through June 15 by their former employee while we finalized lease terms and scheduled a walkthrough.
