The office is run without skipping a beat. The staff from Dr. Caven to all the hygienists to front staff are incredible and superior to any I’ve experienced.

Dr. Carpenter is an excellent professional. Hannah was great at cleaning and explaining what she was doing and why. And the TV in the ceiling is pleasantly distracting!

Beautiful, modern office. Dr Carpenter was meticulous as usual and Ashley exceptional. Would have liked nitrous oxide. Jenn went the extra mile scheduling me and Susan answered all my questions at check out. They definitely aim to please. (But missing that nitrous.)

The first visit was efficient. Dr Caven found why a capped tooth originally put in by a dentist about 7 years ago fell out a couple of times recently in Jacksonville. A different dentist glued it back in for $250 each time even though the second time was 2 months after the first time - apparently he did not warranty his work. Dr Caven found a cavity at the back of the tooth at the tooth/gum line. The first dentist should have seen this when he glued the cap back on twice.
