I felt very safe with the precautions taken. It was my first appointment with Naomi, and she was terrific. Since I have been Dr. Carpenter's patient since the beginning of his practice in Jacksonville, I think it is obvious that I have complete confidence in his care.

So I broke my tooth on a Saturday night and Dr. Carpenter called me on Sunday to check on me after I left a message for them to call me Tuesday (holiday weekend) I have no pain just a very broken tooth that is very sharp. He had me in Tuesday and after five hours of work on my tooth I am back with a whole tooth and have absolutely no pain. I was not surprised by the new protocol instituted by Caven and colleagues. Once you arrived to their office from the parking lot you called and were promptly met by the double masked and gloved hygienist at your car. After screening you were escorted into the building, your temperature taken and then to the exam room. Other than the woman at the plexiglass shielded front desk you saw no other patient or staff either before or after your treatment. I love this office! Even before they updated and moved locations, the staff has always been friendly and efficient. I love that they truly do everything they can to make you comfortable while still doing what needs to be done. I am always informed and well educated. They are flexible with appointment times as well. Dr Caven is professional, timely and very kind. I will follow this dentist office anywhere!
