I am a new patient and the staff took the time to explain everything to me and to make me feel at total ease. The doctor was also very nice and thorough. They basically fixed a problem that had been bothering me for about 10 year. My previous dentists never provided a very good answer -- except to keep an eye on it and to use sensitive toothpaste. So, kudos and I will be a patient for a long long time!!!
Dr. Emerson's staff I recently had appts 12/5 and 6th for deep cleaning. Nancy has a great sense of humor and makes you feel comfortable in what is feared os a painful procedure,her little love puppy is adorable too. Calisha, I can't say enough about her perfesionalism, kindness and accombination in working out appts and explaining insurance auths or denials.
