Dr. Lemoine did an outstanding job with my child!
Dr. Ellis did a great job of explaining what would be involved with the extraction of my tooth and was very efficient with its removal. I was in and out of the office within an hour. The support staff did a great job of explaining what to do for the week following my appointment to insure I did't have any problems down the road. I received a followup call the next day to insure I wasn't having any pain or issues. I was also given information regarding a future implant.
Very professional and approachable. He asked me a couple of times if I was doing OK.
Dr. Lemoine made me very feel very knowledgeable about the work I was going to have done and made me feel at ease before the procedure. he was professional in all our interactions, but explained things in a way that was understandable.
Did an excellent job with the procedure my daughter needed done. Went so far as to explain to her why it was best for her to have the procedure done - used her actual x-rays and graphics to explain to her - didn't just talk to the adults in the room. Had great patience with her and showed no signs of rushing in regards to answering questions. Staff is wonderful to deal with too - no complaints at all.
Very professional and great with kids! My daughter experienced having oral surgery twice (both times with him) and loved how comfortable he made her feel both times! Very reassuring for both kids and parents!
Dr. Koch was highly professional and he has a knack for taking any sense of nervousness from you and giving you a very calm feeling, would majorly go back to him.
Everyone in the office was very helpful and kind. They answered all of my son's questions. They took their time and we did not feel rushed through. I highly recommend this office to take out any wisdom teeth.
Dr. Koch is friendly and explains the procedure thoroughly. I highly recommend his services. This is the second time I have gone to him for dental implants.
