Dr ellis and the staff were so welcoming, non judgemental, and positively upbeat. They did a great job explaing and performing the procedure. I am impressed and Bay Oral an they set the bar high for other dental practices.
I was quite happy overall with the care Dr. Lemoine and his staff provided. However, I was quite disappointed that no one called me or sent a letter providing me with my pathology results. I found out my results because I have MyChart through Bellin Health. The pathology report was posted there about a week and half after my procedure.
Dr. Palmar was great with my daughter. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Not only do I like working with him with my family's needs but I work in a dental office and he great to deal with for our patients.
I felt like I was rushed through the procedure and then had a problem with remaining fragments
Our 7 year old needed dental surgery and Dr. Ellis and his staff were amazing to work with. From insurance pre-approval to after-care follow-up, we could not have been more pleased. Thank you for all the extra care you gave to our daughter!
My first consult was due to referral from my prosthodontist. He was very pleasant and reassuring when I was facing a scary situation and surgical procedures. He kept me informed of every step along the way which is most important to me. Nothing is more nerve-wracking for me than a silent doctor. He explained and encouraged!
Dr. Koch was so nice and made me feel so comfortable! I appreciated him telling me exactly was going to happen before doing any work.
He has a very caring demeanor and helped me feel at ease with my extractions.
