Poor Service I went to this doctor on several occasions for an eye exam for contacts and for a special situation.
Superb customer service and eyeglass selection I recently had my eyes examined at this lovely office and left smiling and very satisfied. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. One of the highlights of my experience was that I didn't have to have my eyes dilated because of that Optomap machine they have. Overall the experience was good and I was happy with my new glasses.
Money hungry and incompetant The clean office and smiling staff can be deceiving at this place. Several of us from my office went there in the last few months because it was covered by insurance, or so we thought. They use the bait and switch approach -- They tell you everything is covered by insurance but then once you are done, they give you all these additional charges that you have to pay.
